Coffee & Coding | Becoming the Everett Family

Helenna & Caleb orginally planned to get married here in Florida, but when a new job took them to Austin, Texas, they decided to move their wedding there and invite their family out to enjoy their new home city.

One of the things Helenna told me, leading into their wedding, was that everything was on their kid's time. If their sons needed a moment, then we'd take a moment and slow things down. Helenna and Caleb were so focused on their sons having a great time, making sure they felt a part of the day. Their 10-year-old son, William, walked Helenna down the aisle. Easily one of my favorite moments from their day. And when their 2-year-old son, Isaiah, wanted to join them for their first dance, Caleb scooped him up and they both held him together and continued to dance.

Helenna and Caleb are not only great together, but also make an incredible parenting team. It brought me so much joy to be there to witness their wedding and to celebrate their love.
